Scholarships
Scholarship applications and nominations are due no later than March 1 and scholarships will be awarded in May.
If you are applying for a scholarship that is based on financial need, applicants can complete the online form by clicking the FACTS link here: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid . There is a fee payable to FACTS through their online application process.
The Diocese of Lansing aid is now available for grades K-12.
Holy Family requires a FACTS Grant & Aid application on file to be eligible for Holy Family Catholic School Scholarships and Holy Family Catholic School financial aid.

The deadline for applications is March 1. Once the FACTS online Grant and Aid form has been completed, the following information will need to be submitted to FACTS to complete the financial assistance process:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules and W2’s.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded online through the FACTS online form or can be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Holy Family Parish Scholarship (Nominations Only)
This scholarship will be awarded each year and is open to all students K-8th grade. The Holy Family Parish Scholarship is for a student from K-8th grade who exhibits outstanding leadership and whose greatest talents are to inspire and motivate through faith and Christian values. This scholarship is supported by the Holy Family Parish. To nominate a student for this scholarship please pick up a form in the school office or download online and return to the School Office by March 1.
Fr. Bush Student Scholarship (Application Only)
This scholarship, named after Fr. Bush, the founder of our church and school, will be awarded annually to a student K-8th grade who has conducted himself/herself with the highest integrity, is likely to be a leader in the classroom and the community and is inspired and motivated by their Catholic faith and Christian values. To apply for this scholarship please pick up a form in the school office or download online and return to the School Office by March 1.
Sr. Sharon Hektor Scholarship Fund (Application Only)
A scholarship has been established in recognition of Sr. Sharon’s 50 years as a Sister of St. Joseph.
Sr. Sharon has over 45 years of service to Holy Family School. The Sr. Sharon Scholarship is granted to a sixth, seventh or eighth grade student. The student should exemplify the characteristics of an outstanding student who outwardly lives their faith, volunteers their time outside of school serving others, and has a genuine appreciation for attending HFS. To apply for this scholarship please pick up a form in the school office or download online and return to the School Office by March 1.

Holy Family School has other scholarships that will be awarded based on need. To be considered for the following scholarships, students MUST have a FACTS Grant and Aid application on file. Students will be notified in May if they have been awarded one of the following scholarships.

Tuition Assistance is available from the Diocese of Lansing and is based on financial need.
Holy Family Catholic School - Catholic High School Tuition Assistance
Holy Family Parish offers a tuition subsidy to students of active and participating Holy Family parishioners that attend a Catholic High School. An active and participating parishioner is defined as someone who regularly attends Sunday Mass, volunteers in parish/school functions, and gives joyfully, spiritually and sacrificially to the needs of our Church and School.
Please fill out a form for each high school student in your family.

Holy Family Catholic School - PTO Alumni Scholorship
Holy Family Catholic School PTO offers a $500 one time scholarship each year to an alumni of our school. This means the student has to have finished 8th grade here at Holy Family. Details can be found with the application form.
