I feel grateful, humbled and honored to return to Holy Family School as the Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations. My joy is not simply about coming home to the place I went to school, it has more to do with my feelings about HFS, the life-changing power of this special place, and the opportunity to help more members of the HFS family benefit from it. As a proud member of the Class of 1992, I vividly recall the wonderful relationships with teachers, coaches and fellow classmates during my time here as a student. Those relationships, along with the experience of representing our school in athletic competition, have played a huge role in forming the person I have become.
Very early in my career, it became apparent to me that there is enormous potential within the unique connection between alumni and their alma mater. It then became my life’s work to help alumni leverage this relationship — and my ultimate desire was to do that here at HFS. The key is simply becoming engaged with the school, the parish and our HFS family, in whatever ways work for you.
You don’t have to be the alumni director to feel grateful about how HFS has made a difference in your life — and then do something about it. All of us can help our school by being involved — promoting HFS to others, reconnecting with HFS friends, helping to recruit new students, supporting causes that matter to you, and more. Considering our schools upward trajectory, this is a great time to be an active and engaged Panther!
HFS continues its tradition of offering a world-class Catholic education, while undergoing remarkable growth in recent years. You have more reasons than ever to show your Panther Pride. Thank you for the warm welcome I’ve received since returning to HFS. Please let us know how we can serve you better.
God Bless and Go Panthers!
