Grades 1-8

Registration for new families begins in January for grades 1-8. Enrollment forms can be obtained at the school office or below. When registering, it is necessary to include the following information with the enrollment form:

1. Birth certificate

2. Baptismal certificate

3. Parish envelope number, if a parishioner

4. Social Security number

5. Immunization record

6. Copy of latest report card

7. Registration fee of $50 per student

Young Fives/Kindergarten

Holy Family School does not take applications for Kindergarten and Young Fives until the official registration beginning on February 24, 2010. A letter is sent to all parishioners announcing the date and time of registration. Registration information is also published in the parish bulletin and local newspaper. A child must be five years old by December 1st of the year he/she will enter the Young Fives or the Kindergarten program. When registering for Kindergarten and Young Fives, it is necessary to include the following information with the enrollment form:

4. Social Security number

5. Immunization record

6. Registration fee of $50
